When you use our planner, email us, or call or text 614-485-8294, we collect what you give us: your name, email, phone number, event or needed-by date, venue or city, guest count, budget range, personalization details, inspiration photos you choose to share, and anything you write in your message.
Only to respond to your inquiry, prepare a proposal, plan and deliver your event, rental or custom piece, and follow up about that work. If you tell us how you'd prefer to be contacted (text, call or email), we honor it.
The Curated Occasion team, and the service providers that help us run the studio: our form-delivery service (Formspree) which routes planner submissions to our inbox, our email provider, and our website host (Netlify). We do not sell, rent or share your information for marketing. We may share event details with your venue or planner only as needed to deliver your project.
Inspiration images you upload are used only to design your project. Photographs we take of finished work may appear in our portfolio or social media; we never publish names, dates or personal signage without your permission, and you can ask us to remove any image at any time.
The site may use standard analytics (such as Google Analytics or Meta Pixel) to understand how visitors use our pages and to measure advertising. These tools use cookies and collect anonymized usage data. You can block cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to contact us.
We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to serve your project and for our own records. Email hello@mycuratedoccasion.com to ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, and we'll take care of it.
